Landfish Drops Troy
Maxwell Troy’s stack took quite a hit at the hands of Steve Landfish. First this hand occurred.

Troy brought in, Landfish completed, Troy raised and Landfish called. Both players checked fourth and Troy called Landfish’s bet on fifth. On sixth, with Landfish showing two pair, he bet and was surprisingly met with a raise by Troy. Landfish just called and then check-raised on seventh. Troy frustratingly folded as Landfish won the hand.
Another hand then happened between the two shortly after.

Troy brough in, Landfish completed, Troy raised, Landfish re-raised and Troy called. On fourth Landfish bet and called when he got raised by Troy. Landfish check-called Troy’s bet on fifth and both players checked sixth. Landfish bet seventh which was enough as Troy folded and was down to 220,000 after that hand.
Troy would rebound a bit by winning a couple of pots after that but is still the shortstack. In other news, Bertrand Grospellier continues to build on his lead.
