"Good Fold I Had the Flush"

We found David Vamplew all the way in the Amazon room facing a giant raise of 2,200 for all his chips on a 
board with 1,500 chips in the pot. We don't know how long the action had been on Vamplew, but we know it was long enough for a player at the table to call clock. A floorman came over and gave Vamplew 70 seconds to act. After about 20 seconds Vamplew folded.
While the dealer was shuffling Vamplew's opponent said "good fold, I had the flush", this of course was impossible as there were not three of one suit on the board. Vamplew gave a forced smile and played the next hand.
