Pilgrim Literally Shoves in his Chips

In a hand right before the break, and following a flop of 
, Dwyte Pilgrim checked action over to Cory Thompson who bet 7,000. Pilgrim then opted to shove all in. He literally pushed his stacks of chips totaling 44,000 over onto the middle of the table.
After the chips had spilled every direction possible Thompson tried to figure out the reasoning behind Pilgrim's move. Thompson speculated that Pilgrim was trying to represent a strong hand.
Eventually Thompson opted to call but found that his 
was behind to Pilgrim's
