Andre Akkari bumped it up to 400,000 from the button and Nachman Berlin mucked his hand.
Berlin then opened his button with a raise - which appeared to be for 400,000 - to prompt Akkari to kick his cards to the muck.
Akkari limped and Berlin checked to see a 
flop fall with Akkari leading out from the button for 200,000. Berlin shoved and Akkari swiftly folded.
