Bellande Exposes hand, Wins Pot, Then Gets Penalty
Action folded around to the player in the small blind and he tossed out a single gray T100 chip to make the call of the 75-chip big blind. Jean-Robert Bellande was in the big blind and exposed his hand as he was about to fold. The floor was called and it was ruled that Bellande's could play his hand, so he checked. The small blind drew one and Bellande drew four. Yes, four. After the draw, the small blind bet and Bellande called.
On the second draw, the small blind took one and Bellande drew two. The small blind bet, Bellande raised and the small blind made the call.
On the final draw, the small blind drew one and Bellande stood pat. The small blind checked, Bellande bet and the small blind folded. Bellande showed just 
and mucked his other card, telling the player, "It's either a four or something else, I can't show you."
Bellande moved the hand and moved to 8,000 in chips, but the floor issued him a one-round penalty for exposing his cards earlier in the hand.
