Jennifer Cowan Eliminated in 7th Place ($22,750)
On the last hand before the break, Jennifer Cowan raised to 35,000 from under the gun and received a call from Katherine Stahl in the small blind. Carol Tomlinson was in the big blind and said, “How can I fold here, I’m gonna flop the nuts!” before she called as well.
The flop came down 
and it was checked over to Cowan who bet 70,000. Stahl folded but Tomlinson check-raised and Cowan moved all in. Tomlinson made the call and the players turned over their hands.

Amazingly, Tomlinson had flopped the nuts just as she had predicted and was in great shape to knockout Cowan who would need runner-runner to survive. The turn was the 
and was as good as it could get for Cowan who made a set and would just need the board to pair to stay alive and win the hand. Unfortunately for her, it came the 
and Cowan was eliminated while Tomlinson continued to build on her lead.
