Boatman Taking On Water
In early position, Ross Boatman opened the pot to 1,250, and Jonas Klausen made the call from the small blind. In the big, though, Raymond Rahme squeezed in a reraise to 4,500. Boatman was undeterred, and he four-bet right back up to 16,250. That folded Klausen out of the way, but Rahme spent some time in the tank before announcing a covering all-in. That sent Boatman deep into the tank, and he let out a sheepish grin as he pondered the decision. He had almost half his chips in the pot already. He mumbled to himself, asked the dealer to spread the pot, gave that I-must-not-have-the-best-hand look, and slid his cards into the muck.
