Father and Son Update
The father and son combo of Doyle Brunson and Todd Brunson have been seated at the same table all day today. At the start of the day, Todd had the edge with 45,800 in chips to Doyle's 29,000. We just checked in on them now and saw that it's now Doyle in front. He has 49,000 to Todd's 15,000.
This is Doyle's first event of the 2012 World Series of Poker, opting to play a much smaller schedule than normal to keep the wear and tear off of his body. Between the two of them, over $9.5 million in live tournament earnings are represented. They also have a combined 11 WSOP gold bracelets and 67 WSOP cashes.
