Bonding Finds Right River Bet Size

We came upon this hand at the river with around 30,000 already in the pot. The board read 
, Matt Glantz checked and Bonding bet 23,200 after some careful consideration.
Glantz was visibly unsure and took a few moments to think. He announced call, Bonding tabled
