1996 WSOP Main Event Champ Falls
After getting knocked down to 3,450 in chips recently, Huck Seed's tournament has ended.
Seed attempted to battle back and put in a raise to 2,100 from under the gun. Whether or not he had a good hand, we don't know, but we do know that everyone folded and Seed picked up the blinds for 900. That brought him to 4,350, but he would go out two hands later.
A player limped in from early position when it was Seed's big blind and action folded to the small blind, who happened to be the same player that just doubled through Seed. He completed the bet and then Seed checked his option in the big blind.
The flop rolled out and action checked around to see the land on the turn. The small blind and Seed checked to the limper. He bet 1,800 and the small blind folded. Seed check-raised all in for 3,750. His opponent took some time while giving a speech and then called. He even said that he would like to trade hands with Seed. Here's what the hands were.
