Battle of the John

Razz

Abe Mosseri brought it in with a {q-Spades} showing and John Hennigan completed with his {6-Spades}. John D'Agostino then called with his {5-Clubs} and Mosseri got out of the way as the two player's named John would play the hand until showdown.

Hennigan: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{8-}{2-}{10-} / {x-}
D'Agostino: {x-}{x-} / {5-}{8-}{9-}{5-} / {x-}

on fourth street, both players checked their eight, while on fifth street, Hennigan led out with a bet. D'Agostino called and then called another bet when the final cards were dealt.

At showdown, Hennigan said, "nine, eight, six," tabling {9-}{9-}{3-} as he did so. It was enough to see D'Agostino's cards into the muck and the chips into his own stack.
