The Dragon's Extinct
A player opened to 1,200 from early position, and at the same time, another player (on his direct left) tried to move all in. The gentleman claims that he didn't see the raise in front, so when he saw the raise, he pulled the chips back.
The floor was called, and they said that since he didn't release his stack, the player was allowed to pull the bet back. They issued a warning however, and if the player did this again, they'd commit his chips.
The action folded to David Pham, who called out of the blinds. The dealer fanned , and Pham checked. The original raised continued for 1,100, and Pham check-raised to 3,300. The player moved all in, and Pham quickly called.
