Event #37: $2,500 Eight-Game Mix of the 2012 World Series of Poker has been a long affair. For three days, the field of 477 players tested their skills in Triple-Draw 2-7, Limit Hold'em, Omaha 8, Razz, Stud, Stud 8, No-Limit Holdem, and Pot Limit Omaha as they played down through the money on their way to a final table.

Yesterday, the final 27 returned to action, and after 11 levels of play, a winner had yet to be determined. That means the final two players, David ODB Baker and Greg FBT Mueller, will return to day to battle it out for the gold bracelet and $271,312 first-place prize.

Mueller will enter with 2.655 million chips to Bakers 925,000, and action will begin on Level 30. With the limits and blinds so high, we anticipate this to be a relatively quick affair, but then again stranger things have happened. The heads-up match is set to recommence at 3 PM PST, which is about an hour from now.
