Minocha Strikes Back
In the very next hand after he double Marco Johnson, Hans Minocha raised from the button. Appropriately, it was Johnson who reraised from the small blind. After the big blind got out of the way, Minocha made the call and then raised a bet on the 
flop. Johnson made the call before check-folding to a bet on the 
turn.
