Hayes Doubles Through Sowers

John Hayes had the button.

Harrison Gimbel brought in for 1,000 and four players followed suit. Mike Sowers raised to 31,000 only to find Hayes move all in from the button. It folded back to Sowers and he called, showing {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} but was behind Hayes' {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}.

Sowers paired up on the {Q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} but still needed more help to send Hayes to the rail. The {7-Spades} came on fourth and the {3-Spades} on fifth, ensuring Hayes a double up as his kings were able to hold.

Davies' Rail Has Arrived

Level 20 : 0/0, 8,000 ante

Seth Davies' rail has found one of the more creative ways to support their friend that we've seen this series. Members of Davies' rail have made two large, glossy cutouts of Davies' head and are lifting them up for the crowd to see.

Du Plessis The Million Dollar Man

Seth Davies had the button.

Eugene Du Plessis brought the action in for 1,000 and there were six players to the flop of {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}.

Du Plessis checked and Mike Sowers fired out 26,000. John Hayes and Du Plessis called while the others folded.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Du Plessis and Sowers checked to Hayes who fired 70,000. Du Plessis called and Sowers opted to get out of the way. Fifth street was the {9-Hearts} and Du Plessis dipped into his stack. When he came out he pushed a bet of 195,000. Hayes went into the tank for about three minutes before mucking his hand and awarding Du Plessis this pot.

Davies continued out on fourth street for 61,000. After some thinking McDonald dropped in a call. The {q-Hearts} rivered and both players checked. Davies showed {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for a busted straight draw and McDonald's {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a pair of tens took down the pot.

Gimbel Makes Good Call

Mike Sowers had the button and John Hayes brought in for 1,000. All seven players saw the flop of {6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

Harrison Gimbel led out for 24,000 and only received a call from Greg Hobson. They both checked the {10-Spades} turn and the {2-Clubs} fell on the river.

Gimbel checked and Hobson fired out a bet of 72,000. After over a minute of thinking, Gimbel announced a call.
