Chainsaw Home Bound

Allen Kessler opened the action to 10,000 from early position and only Panayote Vilandos in the small blind would make the call. On the {8-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop, Vilandos checked and then raised to 33,000 after Kessler led for 12,500. Kessler took his time to call as the {10-Diamonds} was dealt on the turn. At this point, Vilandos shoved all in, having Kessler covered.

"Probably have three jacks, but i guess i gotta call," Kessler said, committing the rest of his now short stack. His guess wasn't quite correct, but close enough as Vilandos turned over {8-Hearts}{8-Spades} for a flopped set of eights. Kessler's {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} would need some help. The {a-Clubs} was no help and it was all over for Kessler.
