Lippert's Aggression Takes it Down

The player under the gun tossed out a raise to 6,000 and right next to him Adam Lippert pushed out a call. It folded all the way around to Paul Ratchford in the big blind who decided to tag along as well.
The flop was 
and Ratchford thought for a moment before checking. The original raiser also checked which left room for Lippert to bet out 8,500. Ratchford quickly mucked and Lippert's lone opponent followed suit, awarding Lippert the pot.
