Kenneth Shelton Gone
Nghi Van Tran started out this recent hand by raising it up to 16,000. Action folded around to Kenneth Shelton on the button who min-raised to 32,000, leaving behind around 22,000. The rest of the table folded and it was back to Tran who made the call.
The flop came and Tran placed a bet that would put Shelton all in. Shelton said "I'm probably behind, but I have no choice" and made the call. Shelton was wrong though and his was ahead. Tran tabled for a measly pair of nines.
The on the turn though was a dagger to Shelton who now found himself behind in the hand. A then fell for the river and that was it for Shelton's tournament life.
