Pham Can't Call

Level 25 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

From under the gun David Pham raised to 54,000. Andrew Dean called from the hijack and Matt Berkey called from the big blind.

On the {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} flop. Action checked to Dean who bet 90,000. Berkey folded but Pham called.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and Pham checked to Dean who continued with a bet of 215,000. Pham called once more.

The river was the {3-Diamonds}. Pham checked for a third street. This time Dean pulled out even more chips. He bet 350,000. That sent Pham into the tank for a long while. He tanked for almost five minutes before finally giving up his hand and allowing Dean to scoop the pot.

"Good fold," Dean said after the hand.

"For who?" someone else at the table asked, which got a good chuckled out of everyone.

Finger Makes The Right Call

Level 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Action started with Matt Stout raising to 45,000 from under the gun + 1. Everyone folded except Martin Finger in the big blind. Finger reraised to 134,000. Action was back to Stout who made another reraise to 301,000. Finger just called.

On the {7-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop, Finger checked to Stout who bet 200,000. Finger called.

The turn was the {2-Clubs}, putting four clubs on the board. Finger checked again to Stout. Stout thought momentarily before making a bet of 240,000. Finger just called again.

Action slowed down on the {9-Hearts} river where both players checked. Finger showed {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds} and Stout just mucked his hand.

"One more bullet," David Pham said to Stout about making another bet on the river.

"I don't know," Stout said.

Finger stayed silent and collected his newly found chips.

Before the flop Andrew Dean raised to 32,000. In position, Matt Stout reraised to 92,000. Action folded back around to Dean who raised to 213,000 total. Stout just called.
