Hastoo Bubbles Event #23

Level 14 : 500/2,000, 500 ante

Terrence Hastoo was down to a few thousand chips, and on the first hand of hand-for-hand play, he was dealt the worst up-card in stud, the {2-Clubs}. He couldn't help but laugh at the sight of it, tossed out the bring in, and folded when the action was back on him.

With just 1,000 remaining, he tossed in the ante of 500 on the second hand, the folded the {9-Diamonds}.

On the third hand, he was automatically all in with the {6-Hearts}, and David Moskowitz brought it in with the {4-Hearts}. Andre Akkari called with the {5-Hearts}, Helmut Koch called with the {5-Diamonds}, and Kenn Wittock completed with the {k-Diamonds}. Everyone folded, the hands were opened, and the boards ran out like this:

Hastoo: ({7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}) / {6-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{j-Spades}{8-Spades} / ({k-Clubs})
Wittock: ({k-Spades}{j-Hearts}) / {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} / ({6-Spades})

Hastoo started with three to a flush, but proceeded to be dealt brick after brick, and was drawing dead on sixth street.

He hit the rail, while the remaining 32 players are all guaranteed a minimum of $3,889.
