turn came and again all three players checked. Ott checked the 
river and Lind took this oppotunity to bet 350,000. Both Holley and Ott folded.
Hand #88: Lind completed from the small blind and Holley checked his option. Lind check-folded to Holley's 80,000 bet on the 
flop.
Hand #89: Holley raised to 125,000 from the small blind and Ott folded from the big.
Hand #90: Holley raised to 130,000 from the button and it folded around.
Hand #91: Ott raised to 200,000 from the button and it folded around.
Hand #92: Lind raised to 255,000 from the button. Holley moved all in and Lind folded.
