Arthur Pro Doubles Through The Chip Leader

Level 29 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Arthur Pro doubles up through Matt Perrins
Arthur Pro doubles up through Matt Perrins

Hand #95: Berger folded his button. From the small blind Perrins raised to 150,000. Pro called from the big blind. The flop came down {K-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{j-Spades} and Perrins led for 120,000. Pro then tossed in a reraise to 300,000. That reraise drew a call from Perrins. The turn was the {3-Diamonds}. On that card Perrins checked to Pro who fired off 350,000. Perrins called again. The river was the {A-Diamonds} and Perrins checked for a second time. Pro put out a big bet of 500,000. Perrins called after thinking about it for nearly a minute. Perrins turned up his {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} for top two pair and that drew a muck from Pro, leaving him with the shortest stack.

Hand #96: From the small blind Arthur Pro made the call. Out of the big blind, Seth Berger opted to put in a raise to 80,000 more. Pro folded and Berger took down the pot.

Hand #97: From the button Arthur Pro shoved all in and he was able to collect the blinds and antes.

Hand #98: Seth Berger opened with a raise to 140,000 from the button. From the small blind, Matt Perrins reraised to 380,000. Pro folded his big blind. Berger called the raise from Perrins. The flop came down {6-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Perrins led for 375,000. Berger opted to reraise to 790,00. Perrins folded allowing Berger to take down the pot.

Hand #99: Perrins opened with a raise to 120,000. From the small blind Arthur Pro moved all in. With action back on Perrins he quickly called.

Pro: {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Perrins: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}

The flop came down {5-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} giving pro an immediate lead. Perrins' rail cheered for a ten on the turn but the {j-Spades} came instead, still giving Perrins a flush draw and drawing "Ooooo"s and "Ahhh"s from the rail. The river was the {2-Diamonds} though, and that allowed Pro to double up through Perrins.
