Hand #45: Carlos Mortensen enjoyed a walk in the big blind, the first today at the secondary table.

Hand #46: Sergio Castelluccio raised the minimum to 320,000 from the button, Mortensen called from the small blind, then Alexander Livingston pushed all in from the big blind for 4,890,000. Castelluccio thought about a half-minute before folding, then Mortensen quickly folded as well.

Hand #47: Marc McLaughlin was in the big blind and got a walk.

Hand #48: Chris Lindh raised to 360,000 from under the gun, then Ryan Riess considered for a short while before pushing all in with his last 2,395,000. It folded back to Lindh who looked to his left at Riess and the chips sitting before him, then called.

Riess showed {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and Lindh {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}, and Riess's supporters began chanting "Riess the Beast!" as the dealer spread the {Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades} flop.

Riess had paired his queen, but needed to fade a nine or Lindh filling a straight. The turn was the {4-Spades} and river the {10-Clubs}, and Riess survived to the roaring satisfaction of his rail.
