Brutal River for Lichtenberger

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

On the last hand before break, Andrew Lichtenberger raised to 3,800 from middle position and Ken Weinstein three-bet right behind him to 9,500. It folded back around to Lichtenberger who calmly put in a four-bet of 22,400.

Weinstein quickly moved all in for 86,700 and Lichtenberger couldn't wait to call with his {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}. Weinstein had {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} and needed to improve to stay alive.

The flop was {6-Spades}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs} and fairly clean for Lichtenberger. The {8-Clubs} came on the turn giving Weinstein four more outs. Weinstein would then spike the {9-Diamonds} on the river for the cruel double-up.

Lichtenberger graciously prepared for break, as Weinstein stacked his chips.
