Chidwick's Jack is Better
2-7 Triple Draw
Stephen Chidwick was in the cutoff and came out with a raise. The button folded and Bruce Yamron made it three bets from the small blind. Chidwick four-bet the action and Yamron called.
On the first draw, each player pulled one new card and the action went check-check. They each took one again on the second draw and Yamron tapped the table once more. Chidwick fired out and Yamron called. Yamron exchanged one card on the final draw while Chidwick stood pat. Both players checked the final betting round.
"Jack," said Yamron.
Chidwick sat motionless until Yamron tabled for a jack-eight. At that, Chidwick rolled over for a better jack and the win. Chidwick took down the pot and now has about 360,000 while Yamron's stack has dropped to about 30,000.
