Hands #13-14: Pair for Thayer

Level 37 : 250,000/500,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #13: Thayer Rasmussen opened to 1,000,000 from middle position and Hugo Pingray called from the button as the dealer spread a {5-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop.

Rasmussen continued for 1,250,000 and Pingray made the call as the turn landed the {A-Hearts} and Rasmussen bet out 1.8 million and Pingray made the call as the {Q-Spades} completed the board on the river.

Rasmussen checked and Pingray went into the tank for nearly two minutes before checking. Rasmussen tabled his {A-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Pingray mucked to see Rasmussen pushed the pot to move to just under 20 million.

Hand #14: Hugo Pingray raised to 1.1 million from the cutoff before Claas Segebrecht three-bet to 2.8 million from the big blind to force Pingray's cards into the muck.

Level 36 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #12: Claas Segebrecht raised to 800,000 from second position, Sean Drake three-bet to 1.45 million on the button and Segebrecht called, landing a {J-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop to the table

Segebrecht check-called 1.075 million from Drake to see the {4-Hearts} turn, which both players checked. The {8-Hearts} river completed the board and Segebrecht fired 1.8 million. Drake mulled it over, but ultimately folded.

Zachary Gruneberg Eliminated in 8th Place ($163,238)

Level 36 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante
Zachary Gruneberg - 8th place
Zachary Gruneberg - 8th place

Hand #11: Zachary Gruneberg opened to 900,000 and after a few moments in the tank, Hugo Pingray three-bet to 2,350,000 from the big blind. Gruneberg instantly shoved for 8.4 million total and Pingray made the call.

Gruneberg: {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}
Pingray: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

With Pingray in the lead, the dealer spread a {2-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop, but when the {8-Diamonds} landed on the turn, Gruneberg added a diamond draw to his previous three outs.

Unfortunately for HustlerGrune, the river landed the {8-Hearts} to end Gruneberg's run in 8th place for a $163,238 payday as Pingray climbs to roughly 33.5 million in chips.

Joshua Hillock Eliminated in 9th Place ($127,364)

Level 36 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante
Joshua Hillock - 9th place
Joshua Hillock - 9th place

Hand #1: With the button on Thayer Rasmussen, Sean Drake opened to 850,000 from under the gun and the action folded to Joshua Hillock in the big blind, and he moved all in for 8,575,000 with Drake quickly making the call.

Hillock: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Drake: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}

With Hillock holding the dominating pocket pair, the dealer spread a {6-Hearts}{10-Spades}{Q-Hearts} flop to see Hillock needing to fade an ace or jack.

The turn of the {4-Diamonds} changed nothing, but when the dealer burned and turned the {J-Clubs} to give Drake a Broadway straight and send Hillock to the rail in 9th place for a $127,364 as Drake climbs to over 30 million.
