Hands #50-53: Big Double for Driscoll

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #50: Shai Zurr raised to 165,000 from the button and won the blinds and antes.

Hand #51: Brandon Eisen raised to 180,000 under the gun and then folded when Vimy Ha three-bet to 400,000.

Hand #52: Igor Dubinskyy opened for 175,000 from middle position and received a call from Matthew Lapossie on the button. Both players then checked the {k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop as well as the {7-Spades} turn, and then Dubinskyy bet out 275,000 on the {A-Diamonds} river. It did the trick as Lapossie released his hand.

Hand #53: Theodore Driscoll opened for 165,000 from under the gun and Shai Zurr called him. When action reached Vimy Ha in the big blind, he put in a three-bet to 520,000 and Driscoll responded by moving all in for 1.42 million total. Zurr quickly folded.

"There's so much in there," Ha said as he agonized over what to do. The minutes ticked by and eventually Ha spiked in a call.

Ha: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Driscoll: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}

It was a bad spot for Ha, but he picked up a little help when the {5-Spades}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop delivered him a pair of nines. The {4-Hearts} turn improved Driscoll to two pair, meaning all he needed to do was dodge a nine on the river to double. That's just what he did too when the {7-Diamonds} blanked.
