Friedman Family Taking 2018 WSOP by a Storm
Earlier this week, Adam Friedman conquered the incredibly tough $10,000 Dealer's Choice Event for $293,275. It was the second time Friedman took home the prestigious WSOP gold bracelet. His first victory came in Stud 8 back in 2012.
While Friedman is considered one of the best stud players in the game, he's missing in the field here in the $1,500 Stud Hi-Lo. But the remaining players should still be very aware: Adam passed the torch to his father Marc who is among the last few dozens of players still hoping to win the Event #25.
"I'm trying to match my son who won a bracelet earlier this week," Marc Friedman said.
Adam is playing the $10k H.O.R.S.E. today and just arrived in the room to see how his father is doing. He's sitting on 55,000 with around 60 players remaining, and while it's still a long way to the top, the Friedman double is still getting closer. And what a story that would be!
