Jared Bleznick leads the pack at the end of Day 1 of Event #29: $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw, bagging up an impressive 72,900. A few of the other notables who also bagged up healthy stacks for Day 2 include Jon Turner (26,100), David Baker (65,100), David Prociak (65,100) and David Pham (64,600).

The field of 356 surpassed the 328 mark from last year and generated a total prize pool of $480,600. A total of 86 players made it through to Day 2. Payouts were confirmed after registration closed the payouts, with a total of 54 places paid and a min-cash worth $2,243.

Those remaining in the field will be competing for the $117,282 top prize in addition to the coveted WSOP gold bracelet.

After the first break, the field grew with the additions of Shaun Deeb, Daniel Negreanu, Chris Ferguson, and Daniel Ospina. Eight levels of late registration were plenty, with players continuing to register throughout the night.

Some of the notable bust outs who failed to make the Day 2 cut included Matt Waxman, Valentin Vornicu, Michael Mizrachi, Greg Raymer, and defending champion Brian Brubaker.

The money bubble is expected to burst midway through Day 2, with the tournament playing down to a winner on Day 3 on Friday, June 15.

The remaining players will return on Thursday, June 14 at 2:00 P.M. local time for a Day 2 restart playing 10 60-minute levels with 15-minute breaks every two levels.

Make sure to come back on Day 2 to follow all of the live action as the PokerNews live reporting team will be on the floor to provide you with all of the updates as Event #29: $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw continues.
