Moore was on the losing end of the last few hands prior to this. He opened from the cutoff and an opponent called from the small blind. The flop came down 
and the small blind opponent bet 800.
Moore made the call, the turn fell the 
and the small blind checked. Moore then bet 1,700, his opponent thought for a moment before throwing his cards in the muck and Moore got some of the chips back that he had lost in the previous round.
