Huge Chip Swings on Table #37
Table #37 has seen two big hands occur back-to-back as Todd Bartlett went from taking a significant pot against Dara O'Kearney to losing all in immediately.
In the first hand, O'Kearney raised to 300 and Bartlett called on the button as did the two players in the blinds. The action was checked to O'Kearney on the flop, and he continued for 700. Bartlett called as did the small blind and the big blind folded.
Three-way to the turn, O'Kearney bet 1,800 after the big blind checked and only Bartlett called.
On the river, O'Kearney bet for the third time, 2,500 to be precise, only to see Bartlett raised all in for 7,600. O'Kearney sized his opponent up and gave himself a minute to think before letting his hand go, which allowed Bartlett move up to 20,000.
But, Bartlett's joy did not last long.
In the very next hand, the player under the gun raised and Karl Held called in the next seat. Bartlett called from the cutoff as did the player on the button,
The flop came , and Held called a bet from the initial raiser before Barlett raised to 3,500. The button folded, under the gun called, and Held moved all in for 15,000. With the action back on Bartlett, he re-shoved for 18,200 and under the gun folded.
