Welcome to Day 1b of Event #75: $1,500 The Closer No-Limit Hold'em (30 minute levels) - $1 Million guarantee.This is a new event on the WSOP schedule.

Day 1a drew 502 entries creating a min-cash worth $2,243. 54 players found a bag at the end of the night and it is bracelet winner Bertrand Grospellier who ended Day 1a as the chip leader with an impressive stack of $583,000.

Players will start with 15,000 in chips and will play 18 30-minute levels. There will be a 20-minute break every four levels and a 75-minute dinner break after Level 12 at around 5:40 p.m. This event features unlimited re-entry during the open registration period. Late registration will be available for 12 levels, and will close at approximately 6:55 p.m. Players will play into the money on Day 1 and will come back on Sunday July 15 to play down to a winner. The last available starting flight for this event will be on Saturday July 14.
