Day 2 of Event #4: $1,500 H.O.R.S.E Starts at Noon
The second day of the first H.O.R.S.E tournament of the 50th Annual World Series of Poker begins at noon in the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino. Yesterday saw 751 runners sign up for Event #4: $1,500 H.O.R.S.E., and after ten levels of play, it was Mark Castagnini leading the way with 74,700.
Some bracelet winners to make the second day of the tournament include Jean Gaspard (72,100), Chris Klodnicki (68,500), David "ODB" Baker (65,100), Tony Ma (60,800), Michael Moore (58,200), Chris Tryba (56,200), Andre Akkari (54,500), and Jesse Martin (51,300).
Day 2 will begin at noon and will be starting with 291 players who will all be looking to secure at least a top 113 finish for a min-cash of $2,253. The eventual winner of this event will be pulling in an outstanding $207,003 for their efforts along with a WSOP bracelet.
Players will be returning to blinds in Limit flops of 500/1,000 (Limits 1,000/2,000) with Stud Games having a 200 ante / 300 bring-in and 1,000 Completion (Limits 1,000/2,000). Day 2 will play another ten levels that will be 60-minutes in duration each, and a 15-minute break will occur after every two levels of play. There will be a 60-minute dinner break at the end of level six.
