Elezra's Flush Wins Multiway Pot

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Five players' early interest boosted a recent pot won by Eli Elezra, who started with the {a-Hearts} face-up and continued betting throughout as all but one of his opponents dropped out before showdown.

Elezra: {x-}{x-}/{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Josh Mountain: {x-}{x-}/{k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}
Jose Paz: {x-}{x-}/{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{5-}

On fifth street, Elezra check-raised Paz's bet, and saw off Mountain. Paz called.

Elezra: {x-}{x-}/{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Paz: {x-}{x-}/{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{5-}{j-Spades}

Elezra bet, and said there was "no shame" in his opponent folding at this juncture. Paz called, however, and Elezra fired another 5,000 bet before his seventh card had even hit the table. Paz called once more, and Elezra showed the flush with {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades} in the hole.
