Welcome back to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and the 2019 World Series of Poker (WSOP) for Day 3 of Event #35: $10,000 Dealer's Choice Championship.

Just two days ago a total of 122 players created a prize pool of $1,146,800 to be the biggest Dealer's Choice Championship in its short five-year history. Last year saw Adam Friedman top the 111-player field to capture his second WSOP bracelet along with the $293,275 first-place prize. Friedman again find himself leading on Day 3 as he is the chip leader over the final 11 players with 1,289,000.

Friedman is attempting to prove that he is the most versatile player in WSOP history, and if he can win the $312,417 first-place prize in this event for back-to-back victories, his legacy as one of the best mixed game players will be cemented.

Mike Ross (19th), Luke Schwartz (18th), Chris Klodnicki (16th), Adam Owen (14th), Max Pescatori (13th), and Matthew Schreiber (12th) all were eliminated throughout Day 2 in-the-money, and with just 11 players left and Friedman as the chip leader, it is Michael McKenna (1,150,000) and Shaun Deeb (1,002,000) as the only players in the seven-figure club. Phillip Hui, Bryce Yockey, Nick Schulman, and Jeff Lisandro are also still in contention and chasing another WSOP bracelet.
