Halpern Wins Both Parts of the Pot

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

John Esposito raised from the hijack and he was called by David Halpern in the cutoff and Jason Berilgen in the big blind.

The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Berilgen checked to Esposito who fired a continuation-bet. Halpern called the bet and Berilgen stuck around as well.

The fourth card on the board was the {q-Diamonds} and Berilgen checked for the second time in a row. Esposito bet 120,000 this time and Halpern raised it up to 240,000. Berilgen got out of the way and Esposito put in a third bet and called right away when Halpern got his money in.

David Halpern: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
John Esposito: {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}

The river was the {5-Hearts} and Halpern took both the hi and lo part of the pot.
