Three Generations in the Same Tournament
Level 10
: 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Katie Lindsay pointed out that her neighbor, Theresa Peel-Gase had three generations playing in the same tournament and was actually cheering when her mother, Shirley Burns-Peel was eliminated. Peel-Gase was kind enough to explain further:
There are five of them playing:
Peel-Gase herself, her mum Burns-Peel, her daughter Stefanie Gase, her cousin Melissa Burns, and her sister Trisha. She cheered because she lasted longer than her mum and shortly after, Burns also hit the rail. This means that Peel-Gase was the last one standing of the whole group.
Her dad didn't want them to play but when he passed away in 2009, they all decided to travel from Texas to Las Vegas to participate each year since.
