Hands #16-18: One For Hinds

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Hand #16: Fabio Coppola of Team Washinsky raised to 120,000 from the early position and was called by both Michael Marder in the cutoff and Kenny Hallaert in the big blind. The flop came {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}, Hallaert checked, Coppola continued with a bet of 130,000 which Marder called. Hallaert responded with a shove of 1,025,000. Coppola tanked, looked at his own stack, and then folded. Marder did the same too after considering it for a few seconds.

Hand #17: Zachary Gruneberg of Team Jurkiewicz raised to 120,000 from mid-position. Barak Wisbrod of Team Geiger called on the button and so did John Hinds in the big blind. The flop came {4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, Hinds checked, Gruneberg continued with a bet of 175,000 which both Wisbrod and Hinds called. They all checked through the {10-Clubs} on the turn and the {9-Clubs} on the river for Hinds to scoop the pot with {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for the flopped trip fours.

Hand #18: Wisbrod raised to 125,000 from the cutoff and Coppola called in the big blind. The flop came {3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{j-Spades}, Coppola check-called the 115,000 bet of Wisbrod. The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Coppola checked again. Wisbrod barreled a bet of 400,000 over the line and Coppola gave up on the hand.
