Bad Runout Derails Zyrin

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Anatolii Zyrin has hit the rail after getting it all in with the best hand in the first hand of the level. Zyrin had opened 4,000 on the cutoff and Steve Cho three-bet to 13,200 on the button. The blinds folded and with the action back on Zyrin, the Russian upped it again, four-betting to 25,000. Cho asked Zyrin how much he was playing behind and he confirmed he had another 38,000. Cho put the rest of it in and Zyrin made the call.

Steve Cho: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Anatolii Zyrin: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The first card out was an ace on the {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop. With only the case king out there, Zyrin was drawing extremely thin and he found no help on the {2-Clubs} turn or the {3-Hearts} river. As Zyrin headed towards the door, Cho told PokerNews "the fish gets there".
