Hands #93-94: Negreanu with a Huge Double Up Through Schulman

Level 28 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Hand #93: Keith Tilston raised to 1,200,000 on the button and Daniel Negreanu defended his big blind. The flop came {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Negreanu check-folded to a bet of 1,400,000 from Tilston.

Hand #94: Nick Schulman opened to 1,600,000 on the button and Negreanu three-bet shoved all in for 13,000,000 in the small blind. Schulman made the call to put Negreanu at risk.

Daniel Negreanu: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Nick Schulman: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}

The flop came {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} to give Negreanu a pair of nines and the lead. Schulman had some backdoor draws but the {2-Diamonds} on the turn provided none of them. The {a-Spades} completed the board and Negreanu found another double up, leaving Schulman with just over 2 million chips.
