Jaka Spikes King to Slay Aces and Queens

Faraz Jaka
Faraz Jaka

Blinds 100/200

Srikar "redraider" Chadhivae called an under the gun raise to 520 from under the gun plus one, next to act Sandeep "Poker_player" Gundreddy three-bet to 2,420. In the next position Faraz "22NevaLoose" Jaka four-bet to 5,840. After the initial raiser folded, it was back on Chidhivae who called the four-bet. Gundreddy five-bet all in for 20,000, Jaka called and so did Chadhivae. It was a mega cooler.

Srikar "redraider" Chadhivae: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Sandeep "Poker_player" Gundreddy: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Faraz "22NevaLoose" Jaka: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Jaka had the largest stack he hit the flop as it came the {9-Spades}{k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and the river came the {10-Diamonds} to give Jaka the massive pot and launch him into the overall tournament chip lead by nearly double the second highest stack.

Donnell "Spreezy52" Dais Looking for Second Bracelet

Donnell Dais
Donnell Dais

Blinds 75/150

Donnell "Spreezy52" Dais, who earlier this summer captured his first bracelet, raised to 450 under the gun and Viacheslav "Innstillness" Fentisov called from the hijack. Chad "clayne" Layne came along from the big blind and it was three-way action to the {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, which the trio checked.

On the {a-Hearts} turn, Layne led out for 750 and both his opponents called to see the {7-Spades} river.

Layne checked, Dais bet 600, and Fentisov folded. Layne called only to much when Dais tabled the {a-Spades}{4-Spades} for top pair.
