Del Vecchio Doubles After Some Banter

Mike Del Vecchio put in a raise under the gun to 600 and the action folded around to the button and he put in a three-bet to 1,800. The blinds got out of the way and Del Vecchio moved all-in for his entire stack of 5,100.
The player on the button went into the tank and starting chatting.
"Do you have a pair?" the button asked Del Vecchio.
"I might. Do you?" replied Del Vecchio.
The button responded for the last time, "I do have a pair," before throwing in the chips to call.

Del Vecchio did in fact have a pair and it was just big enough to be ahead of the opponent. The board ran out 
for Del Vecchio's pocket seven's to secure the double up.
