Anthony Ribeiro Eliminated in 8th Place ($9,704)

Level 24
Anthony Ribeiro
Anthony Ribeiro

Five Card Draw High

Anthony Ribeiro moved all-in from the button for 232,000 and after some brief thought, Jerry Wong made the call in the small blind.

Wong drew one, while Ribeiro took two.

Anthony Ribeiro: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}/{x-}{x-}
Jerry Wong: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}/{x-}

Ribeiro was drawing live to a better two pair than Wong, but he drew the {10-Diamonds} and {3-Diamonds}, bringing no help, and eliminating him in 8th place.

The remaining seven players will now redraw for the final table, which is being moved to the gold section of the Amazon room.

Siegel Doubles Through Bai

Level 23

Five Card Draw High

Richard Bai raised to 60,000 in the cutoff and got a call from Anthony Ribeiro on the button. Jordan Siegel then moved all-in from the small blind for 212,000.

Bai asked for a count from Ribeiro, who said he had about 600,000. Bai then moved all-in and Riveiro folded.

Jordan Siegel: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}/{x-}
Richard Bai: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}/{x-}

Both players had kings up, but Siegel's nines gave him the dominant lead.

They each drew one card, and Bai couldn't improve to cooler Siegel who earned the double-up
