Wiegmann Doesn't Get Called
Level 28
: 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
The board read with a substantial pot in the middle already. Ehsan Amiri had checked in the small blind but Cody Wiegmann decided to put him all-in from the big blind.
Amiri tanked for a while, counted out his stack of around 740,000, and took some more time. At one point, Lewis Spencer called the clock. The floor came over, the dealer confirmed that Amiri had had almost three minutes. The floor gave Amiri another minute as his tournament life was at risk but before the time was over, Amiri already folded.
