Lavin Sends Tomita to the Rail

D Allen "Nucman" Pock limped in under the gun and Anthony "Duhmenace" Tomita raised to 1,060 from the next seat over. Action folded around to Phil "ReDonKuLiS" Colache for a call from the button and Michael "DeionSanders" Lavin came along from the big blind. Pock made the call and it was a four-way flop.

The flop was {q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. Lavin and Pock checked before Tomita led out for 2,060. Colache and Lavin called whie Pock got out of the way.

The turn was {4-Hearts} and Lavin checked again. Tomita continued for 6,110 and Colache called. Lavin check-shoved for 18,000 and Tomita called for his last 13,868.

Lavin showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for three tens and Tomita turned over {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts} for a pair of queens. The river was an inconsequential {j-Diamonds} and Tomita hit the rail while Lavin collected a big pot.

The flop was {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} and "fiStPumPa" checked. Colache bet 3,709 and "fiStPumPa" check-shoved for 12,476. Colache made the call and turned over {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} for the top pair of queens. "fiStPumpa" had {j-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and needed a club.

The turn {k-Diamonds} and river {8-Spades} were no help and Colache collected a big pot to extend the newly found chip lead.
