Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier Eliminated
Action folded to Farzad Bonyadi in the cutoff who opened and was called by Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier out of the big blind.
On the first draw Grospellier took two cards to Bonyadi's one. Grospellier then checked to Bonyadi, who continued and was called.
The second draw saw both players take just one card. This time Grospellier led out and was raised. He made the call to send the two players to the final draw.
Neither player took a card during the final draw. Grospellier check-called a bet from Bonyadi, who tabled a wheel to leave Grospellier with just 15,000.
A few hands later Grospellier was all in prior to the first draw and was up against Jon Shoreman and Eric Wasserson. Shoreman folded after the second draw and Wasserson, forgetting that Grospellier still had a draw left, tabled a wheel. Grospellier, shaking his head, discarded two and turned over , leaving him drawing extremely thin. He peeled one of his new cards and, without revealing what it was, tossed his hand into the muck and made a hasty exit.
