Bounahra Cracks Kings, Doubles Up to Nearly 350,000
Bob Bounahra, who finished in seventh place in the 2011 WSOP Main Event, opened to 7,000 from the hijack and the small blind three-bet to 21,500. Bounahra called.
The flop came and the small blind continued for 40,000. Bounahra then raised to 110,000, leaving only 36,000 chips behind. The small blind believed that this was an all-in raise and said "call", turning over his hand.
The floor was called to address the situation and after about two minutes, it was ruled a face-up call and both players declared they would be in for Bounahra's final 36,000 chips regardless on the turn.
The arrived on the turn and each player put in 36,000 chips to make it a massive 341,000-chip pot.
