Brewer is the chip leader after 18 levels play and he has locked up his second cash of the 2022 WSOP in this event. His best WSOP finish was a fifth place run in the 2021 Poker Players Championship, and he will return on Monday in search of his first WSOP bracelet.

The leader is followed closely by Chad Eveslage and Brek Schutten at the top of the chip counts. Eveslage took the lead for a while in the late stages of the day when his pocket jacks held up against David Miscikowski's straight draw, and he finished with 4,914,000. Schutten finished with 4,610,000 after he also claimed the chip lead at one point in the late stages of the day. Both Eveslage and Schutten are also looking for their first gold bracelet.

Jake Schindler and Dan Colpoys round out the top five chip counts. Theyre joined for the Day 3 finale by Justin Young, Taylor von Kriegenbergh, Reagan Silber, Antonio Lievano, Calvin Lee, and Jesse Lonis. Also bagging for Day 3 are former WSOP champions Josh Arieh, Ognyan Dimov, Byron Kaverman, and 2021 Main Event winner Koray Aldemir.

Sergi Reixach entered Day 2 with the chip lead and carried that all the way to an 28th place finish. He was followed in the chip counts by Miscikowski, who bagged the second most chips on Day 1, but his run came to an end at the end of the night in 15th place. Young was also among the big stacks, but he caught momentum with several early hands and kept pace among the leaders throughout the day.

Other players that cashed but failed to find a bag for Day 3 include Phil Ivey, Ben Lamb, David Peters, Brian Rast, and Brock Wilson. Ivey registered at the beginning of Day 2 and he quickly found a double that set him on the road to his second cash of the series after he finished 7th in the $100,000 bounty event.

Players will return at 1 p.m. on Monday to play down to a winner in the Ballys Event Center. Action will pick up in Level 19 with blinds at 50,000/100,000 and a 100,000 ante. Play will continue on Day 3 until a winner is declared, and final table coverage is slated to be provided by PokerGO.

Be sure to keep it with the PokerNews team on Monday for all of the updates from the Day 3 finale of the $25,000 High Roller at the 2022 World Series of Poker.
