Straver Takes Big From Hendrix

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Action was joined on the turn with the board reading {5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades}. From the hijack, Johannes Starver bet 900,000 into a pot that was about 1,200,000. Adam Hendrix called from the big blind.

The river was the {a-Clubs}. Straver shoved his whole stack in except for one chip behind for a bet of 2,240,000. Hendrix went into the tank and thought it out. After over two minutes he called.

Straver showed the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} which was the winner as Hendrix mucked his hand and lost a large portion of his stack.
