Schindler and Bonomo Battle in the Blinds, Both on the Rise

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The action folded around to Jake Schindler in the small blind who just limped in. Justin Bonomo checked his option in the big blind and the dealer fanned the flop of {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}.

Schindler led out with a bet of 1,000 and Bonomo called to see the {6-Hearts} on the turn. Schindler checked this time and Bonomo threw in a bet of 3,500. Schindler called and the {10-Hearts} completed the board.

Schindler checked again and Bonomo quickly checked it back this time. Schindler showed {k-Spades}{6-Spades} for a pair of sixes but Bonomo tabled {j-Spades}{8-Spades} for a pair of eights. Both players came into the day with around a starting stack but have been chipping up through the first couple of levels.
